Wrong, what we need to do is stop jailing people for drug offenses. I commented that they are worthless parents because they are, but that does not mean put them in a cage. These people need to be monitered closely by a probation officer, and they need to be given an oppurtunity to get jobs and eventually get their kids back if they can display a serious effort to change their lives.
