Absolutely bad. As I understand it, sub if taken with opiates (and Tramadol is a synthetic opiate) will through you into full blown withdrawals. My doctor has presribed tramadol for my back pain.@ 50 mg 3x a day for pain. I am also on fluoxetine (generic prozac) 30 mg a day. I have read about increased seizure risk. I am scared to take my tramadol but I need something for the pain. Anyone have experiance with this? Your sister should have brought it to their attention immediately so she could receive the appropriate instructions for her medication.
